"The Privilege of Intentionally Serving"
Jesus is the prime example for us to understand serving. He came
willingly, obediently to make God known to us through his life, his
ministry, his death and his resurrection. God made this plan out of His
love for us. It is a privilege for us, then, to reflect this love by
serving Him through His church here in Lincolnshire. By doing so, we
glorify God. We have the privilege to make intentional plans to give
back to God, not only through our treasure, but also through the gifts
we have received from the Spirit for the common good.
You can view and download this form with information about the
ministries of Community Christian Church. You are invited to make
intentional plans for 2008 to serve God through these ministries
according to your gifts. Simply complete the form and bring it to
worship, or mail it to the Church Office.
"There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are
different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds
of working, but the same God works all of them in all men. Now to each
one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good." 1
